How to Read a Receipt in Orange Webmail

Orange Webmail allows you to configure a read receipt to notify you when recipients have read your emails. When the email is read, an email is sent to you indicating so. This is beneficial in ensuring recipients receive and read important or urgent emails that you send.

      Open a Web browser and navigate to web.orange.co.uk/p/email/home.

      Type your email address and password in the appropriate fields at the top of the page and click “Sign In.”

      Click “My Settings” from the upper-right corner of the webmail welcome screen.

      Click “Modify send email settings.”

      Click “Reading messages.”

      Click “Ask me each time” under the section “If recipient wants an acknowledgement on receipt.”
