Tissue paper can be folded quickly for an impromptu bow tie to properly accessorize any clown. Any occasion for laughter is a good time for folding up clown bow ties for everyone.   • Tissue paper
  • Pipe cleaner

      Fold a piece of tissue paper in half lengthwise.

      Fold up 1 inch of tissue paper and crease. Flip the paper over, side to side. Fold another 1 inch of tissue paper on top of the last fold. Continue to flip and fold until you run out the paper. This forms an accordion type of fold.

      Find the center of the folded paper. Place a pipe cleaner around the middle and twist taut. Gently fluff open the ends of the bow tie.
