You can link to both items once you know where to find the corresponding links. Go to amazon.com, then sign in to your account and click the "Wish List" button on the upper right corner of the main page.

Click the "Share With Friends" link above the wishlist items. A pop-up dialog appears revealing the unique hyperlink.

Highlight the full website address that follows behind "Permalink." Press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys simultaneously to copy the address. You can now use the Amazon Wish List link any way you wish.

Go to amazon.com, log in to your account and browse for a product. Click the title link for the product to view its full details, including pricing and product reviews.

Scroll down the page until you find a product review you wish to link to.

Right-click the "Permalink" link below the person's review you want to link to. On the pop-out menu, select "Copy Link Address" or "Copy Link." You can now use that Amazon Product Review link as you wish. Just paste it where you want to use it. Alternatively, you can click the "Permalink" link to pull up the individual review's page.
