Vinegar will remove dirt, mildew and odors from your shower cap.

Shower caps are useful for keeping your hair dry while you bathe, but they also can collect unpleasant odors over time. Dirt and oil from your hair can contribute to a smelly shower cap. Another common culprit is mildew, which often grows on surfaces that are frequently exposed to warmth and humidity. If you don't get rid of the smells in your shower cap, you may walk out of your bathroom with a smelly head as well. Clean your shower cap regularly using a natural, inexpensive odor neutralizer and mildew remover.
