1
Sort through your gift wrap or old gift bags to find a few that coordinate with your child's room and capture the mood you want to create. A roll of polka-dot wrapping paper combined with striped and floral rolls can create a mix of patterns that's chic and avant-garde, while a few gift bags with cute children's characters can capture a sweet vibe.
-
2
Pick a selection of frame sizes and colors to create a mixed look or invest in a few frames of the same exact size and shade to pull different looks together.
-
-
3
Measure the wrapping paper or gift bags to the size of the frame that you would like to put it in and cut to size.
-
4
Insert the paper into the frame and place the back on to close securely.
-
5
Cut a length of ribbon about 12 inches long to add a sophisticated touch over the top of each frame. Alternatively, skip this step and simply nail the pictures to the wall.
-
6
Staple the ends of each ribbon to the sides of each frame, about 1 inch from the top.
-
7
Hang the middle of each ribbon on a nail about 6 inches up from where you would like your picture to sit.
