How to View a Dual Pane in Yummy FTP
Yummy FTP has an interface that is similar to other FTP browsers. When you successfully connect to an FTP server, you should see a dual-pane interface where your local files are on the left and the server contents are on the right. You can also hide the left pane by clicking on an option on the menu bar. If someone else used Yummy FTP and hid the local pane, the program saves that setting until you manually reverse the change to restore the dual-pane interface.

Enter any active server address and then enter a username. If the server requires a password or requires other options, fill up the password field and set any other options that the server requires like the protocol and port number.

Click the "Connect" button to connect to the server. Wait for the interface to load.

Click "View" on the menu bar. Click "Show Mac Browser" to bring back the dual-pane view.
