How to Transfer phpBB Forum Posts
The phpBB software gives moderators the ability to move forum posts from one forum or thread to another. You use these moderator tools to manage users' posts and organize topics of discussion. The tools are only available to moderators in the forum. A post can be moved to another thread or you can create a new thread from the moved post.

Open a Web browser and log in to your phpBB forum using your moderator username and password.

Navigate to the forum post you want to move. If you don't know where the post is located, type the topic name in the search text box to find the forum post.

Open the forum post either from the search or the main forum page. Scroll down to the "Quick Mod tools" at the bottom of the post.

Click the "Move Topic" button. In the opened window, select a location for the moved post. Click "OK" to complete the operation.
