Instructions

    • 1

Cut off an 18-inch long piece of ribbon from a 1-inch wide roll.

    • 2

Hold the left end of the ribbon in your left hand, between your thumb and forefinger.

    • 3

Bring the right end of the ribbon over and around your left forefinger, forming a loop in the ribbon.

    • 4

Hold the loop tight and pull your left forefinger out of the loop to the left.

    • 5

Bring the right end of the ribbon through the loop and pull it tight to form a flat knot.

    • 6

Repeat the process to form another flat knot directly to the right of the first knot.

    • 7

Tie knots all along the length of the ribbon, placing the knots right next to each other.

    • 8

Tuck the right end of the ribbon into the first knot on the left, forming a circular shape. Hot glue it together at this point.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use longer ribbon to make larger stars, or shorter ribbon to make smaller stars.
