1
Prep your eyelids by using a small amount of cream concealer followed by a dusting of loose powder over your lash lines. This gives the eyeshadow something to bind to and keeps the makeup on your lids for hours.
-
2
Dampen an eyeshadow sponge with a small amount of water. You want the sponge to be damp, not soaking.

3
Dip the sponge into the eyeshadow that you want to use as eyeliner. Use the sponge to draw a line over your lash lines in the same way you would use eyeliner. Make the line as thin or thick as desired and make up the bottom lash lines as well as the top lines, if you wish.

4
Keep your lids closed for about 10 seconds to allow the makeup to dry fully.
