Place the foam core board on the table. Place the cut fabric on the board. Draw an outline around the fabric on the sheet with a pencil. Remove the fabric. Cut the outline on the board with a straightedge and utility knife. Remove the excess board.

    • 4

Place a towel on the ironing board. Place the fabric on the towel. Set the iron to “Fabric” or “Low,” depending on the settings provided. Iron the fabric with the iron until all of the wrinkles are gone. Let the fabric cool for a minute. Turn the fabric over and iron it in the same manner as just done.

    • 9

Apply hot glue to a corner of the plywood board. Tuck the corner of the fabric down into the corner of the board. Hold the fabric against the glued part of the board for 20 seconds before letting go. Repeat this procedure with the other three corners of the plywood board.

    • 10

Apply hot glue to the middle of one end of the plywood board. Hold a picture frame hook against the glue for 20 seconds before letting go. Apply hot glue around the hook where it meets the board.

    • 11

Let 10 minutes pass as you put away the ironing board, iron and the glue gun. Turn the plywood board over. Hammer a nail at a 45-degree angle into the wall where you want to place your fabric covered bulletin board. Place the hook on the back of the board over the nail.
