How to Keep My Eyeliner From Sticking
Eyeliner, if not applied correctly, can end up sticking to the crease of your eyelid and result in unattractive smudges. To keep your eyeliner looking good all day, it is best to start with an eyeshadow primer and set your eyeliner with a translucent powder. Things You'll Need
- Eyeshadow primer
- Translucent loose powder or flesh-colored eye shadow
- Eyeshadow brush
- Clear makeup sealer

Apply an eyeshadow primer before applying any makeup to the eyes. With your finger, rub the eyeshadow primer all over the eyelid, especially into the crease.

Apply translucent powder or a flesh-colored eyeshadow over the eyelid with an eyeshadow brush.

Apply your eyeliner as you normally would, but don't open your eyes right away. Allow the eyeliner a minute or so to dry before opening your eyes.

Apply a clear makeup sealer over your eyeliner and proceed with your regular makeup routine.
