How to Make a Black & Tan Spoon
The key to pouring a perfect black and tan or one of the many variations is the black and tan spoon. Using the spoon allows you to slow your pour so that one beer can float on top of the other. You can create a black and tan spoon from any thin, flexible spoon you have lying around the house. Ensure that the handle of the spoon is long enough to reach halfway down a traditional pint glass when bent in half or you will waste a perfectly good spoon. Does this Spark an idea?
