How to Permanently Embed Pandora Into My Facebook Account

The Pandora app integrates your Facebook friends with Pandora's music recommendations.

Facebook lets you authorize external websites to access your Facebook account for a more social experience, and Pandora is one such website. The Pandora application accesses your Facebook account ID, name, photo, gender, network list and friend list. After you authorize the app, you can interact with your Facebook friends while listening to music through Pandora. It permanently retains access to the inner workings of your private Facebook information until you revoke it.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your Pandora account at pandora.com and click the "Account" link in the menu near the top of the screen.

2. Click the "Privacy" tab in the "Your Settings" window to display all privacy options for your Pandora account.

3. Click the check box labeled "Allow Pandora to Import My Profile Photo, Music Favorites, and Friends List from Facebook" and click the "Import Info Now" button when it appears below.

4. Type your email address and password in the Facebook window that appears. Then click the "Log In" button at the bottom of the window. If you were already signed in to Facebook, skip this step.

5. Click the "Allow" button in the "Request for Permission" window that appears. Pandora imports your Facebook information and navigates back to the Pandora homepage.
