Devices can be tracked at any time.

The Family Tracker application lets iPad users track any family member that has an iOS or Android-powered device. To use this application, you must install it on every device that you want to track and the iPad, add the cellphone that you want to track to the application on the iPad and approve the iPad through the application on the cellphone that is going to be tracked. Once all these steps have been completed, however, you can track your family members' cellphones directly on your iPad tablet.
