How to Get Mini-Men on "NBA Jam"
“NBA Jam” is an arcade-styled videogame that contains a great number of secrets, options and bonuses. One of the hidden player options is mini-men, which transforms all four players on the court into squashed versions of their former selves. A normal basketball game is quickly transformed into a comedy act when formerly massive NBA superstars are jumping and dunking the ball as miniature players. You will have to completely crush Yao Ming in his boss battle stage before you can turn on mini-men from the options menu.

Pick a character with a high speed stat and start the Yao Ming Boss Battle mini-game.

Collect every power-up item you find as you defeat Yao Ming in a one-on-one basketball shoot out.

Defeat Yao Ming and grab all of the purple power-ups to unlock the Mini Men mode under the options menu.

Using a fast character will help you to grab the power-ups while dodging Yao’s counterattacks.
