Open a Web browser and navigate to the home page of your county website.

Locate the "Marriages" heading in the website. It likely will be listed under "Probate." Click on it.

Click on the tab for "Marriage Licenses," and information will come up detailing when and where you can apply for a license.

Click the "Download" tab to download the license application in PDF format.

Print the application and fill it out. There may be much more information required if you have been married in the past.

Submit the application at the courthouse during specified hours. Once approved, you can visit the courthouse during business hours Monday through Friday and request the marriage be performed.
