      Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry off the brake light switch panel above the brake pedal of the ML320.

      Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screw securing the brake light switch to the vehicle. Disconnect the electrical connector of the switch and remove it from the ML320.

      Install a replacement switch and attach its electrical connector. Reinstall the screw and reattach the brake light switch panel.
