1
Locate a solid black long sleeve shirt and spread it over a flat surface. If your black long sleeve shirt has logos or designs, turn the shirt inside out to conceal them.
-
2
Bunch the body of the long sleeve shirt from the bottom hem up to the shoulder seam, leaving the long sleeves hanging. Make sure to grasp the bottom of the bunched material and opposite sides of the neck hole in each hand.

3
Bring the neck hole to your face, arranging it so that the bottom of the neck hole is resting on the bridge of your nose and only your eyes are exposed, and slowly un-bunch the body of the shirt as you bring it to lay around your shoulders.
-
4
Take one long sleeve in each hand and wrap them around your head so they secure the mask in place without restricting your breathing through your nose or mouth. The sleeves should be able to meet behind the head with enough material to knot together.
-
5
Adjust the body of the shirt so that the mask isn’t bulging in any location and is fitted for both look and comfort. Material should hang loosely around your nose and mouth, and extra material will be laying slackly around your neck and shoulders.
