How to Incorporate Wreaths Into a Wedding
Wreaths are often associated with the winter season, especially around the holidays. For this reason, many couples who plan winter weddings may wish to incorporate wreaths into every aspect of the big day. However, wreaths are not exclusively for the winter months. In fact, there are such a variety of wreaths to choose from and a variety of ways to incorporate wreaths into a wedding, that the decoration can become appropriate for any season.

1
Carry a wreath down the aisle with you instead of a traditional bouquet during the wedding ceremony. This wreath should be small compared to the traditional wreath you would see during Christmastime. It should incorporate flowers that fit with the colors of your wedding. You can also tie a white ribbon around the wreath to add to the appeal of your wedding dress.

2
Place a beautiful, large wreath at the guest sign-in table. Having a wreath as a centerpiece at the guest table is an excellent way to draw the attention to the wreaths in the rest of your wedding. Remember to incorporate the colors of your wedding in the wreath. For example, you could choose flowers that match your bridesmaids' dresses.

Hang wreaths from the pews if you are getting married in a church or hang them over the side of the chairs if you are getting married outside. Lining the aisle with wreaths will complement you beautifully as you walk down the aisle and offer a unique way to decorate. You can choose green wreathes or incorporate flowers and ribbons, depending on your taste.

Design paper wreaths or purchase paper wreaths from a store to serve as the centerpieces at the wedding reception. You can also choose paper wreaths for the ceremony, especially if your wedding colors are black and white and you are looking to stay away from more colorful options.
