How to Use Label Mates in PS2DIS
If you want to use master codes to cheat on your Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) games, you can use Label Mates. Label Mates allows you to import bin game dumps, which you can download online. You can then use those in your games. This means you can use save-game files, along with using new cheat master codes.

Open Label Mates. Click "Load" and locate the ELF File you have downloaded for your game.

Click "Analyzer" and wait a few moments for it to switch on. Click "Import Labels From Other File." Locate your label files. Press "Enter" to import the file.

Click "Jump to Labelled." This will display the labelled projects. Click "Export" and choose a location for it to be saved.

Open "PS2DIS." Select your exported "Label Mates" file. This updates the file so that you can use it on your PS2.
