How to Fill the Bobbin on a Euro-Pro Sewing Machine
Euro-Pro sewing machine bobbins are filled through an automatic bobbin winding feature built into the machine. This feature is designed to wind the bobbin to its full capacity of thread, then stop on its own. The bobbin on these machines, as on most modern sewing machines, is located under the bobbin plate. The bobbin plate is the metal or plastic plate the needle crosses through when sewing. The bobbin should be replaced when empty or when a new color of thread is desired.

1
Slide the empty bobbin in the winder spindle. The spindle is located on top of the machine, on the right-hand side.

Place your thread on the spindle on the opposite end of the machine. Feed the thread from the spool through the bobbin winder tension disk and wind it around the bobbin several times. Make sure that the thread is wound around the bobbin clockwise.

3
Push the bobbin and spindle to the right. This is known as the bobbin winding position.
-
4
Press the foot control and keep light pressure on the pedal. The bobbin will begin winding.
-
5
Wait for the bobbin to stop winding. Push the spindle to the left and lift the bobbin from the spindle. Cut the thread.
