How to Make a Baseball Themed Centerpiece

• Baseballs
• Toy baseball bats
• Baseball mitt
• Craft foam
• Green and white paint
• Glue
• Pennant
• Wooden dowel
• Batting helmet
• Popcorn container
• Popcorn
• Peanuts
• Pictures
• Picture frames
• Tea lights
• Hurricane vases
• Confetti

Instructions

1. Fill a tall, cylindrical clear glass or plastic glass vase with baseballs. Set the vase in the center of the table. Lay toy baseball bats around the base of the vase.

2. Set a baseball mitt in the center of the table. Position the mitt so the opening is facing up. Set a baseball inside the mitt.

3. Paint a rectangular piece of craft foam in green. Use white paint to create the look of a baseball diamond on top of the painted foam. Glue a pennant from a favorite baseball team or the team the event is honoring onto a wooden dowel. Insert the end of the wooden dowel into the center of the foam. Set the foam into the center of the table.

4. Set a batting helmet upside down in the center of the table. Place a popcorn container in the center of the helmet and fill it with popcorn or peanuts.

5. Frame pictures of professional baseball players, pictures of players from the team of honor or pictures of baseball games. Place three or four pictures in a circular formation in the center of the table and set tea lights between them.

6. Fill individual glass hurricane vases with baseballs, peanut, popcorn and confetti that matches the colors of favorite baseball teams. Arrange the vases in the center of the tables.
