How to Bleach Knee Pads
Knee pads by their very nature are going to get dirty over time. Whether your knee pads are part of your uniform for baseball or football, or if you use them for comfort when gardening or other outdoor activities, they are going to accrue grass stains, dirt stains and even blood stains. Separate the knee pads from the uniform pants and toss them into the washing machine. If the pants are white, you can bleach clean them along with the knee pads.

Set your washing machine to the cold water setting. Hot or even warm water can cause stains to set.

Apply scented bleach to the wash. Follow the directions on the bleach bottle to ascertain the right quantity of bleach for your load.

Dry the knee pads in the dryer.

Tips & Warnings
For tough stains, apply scented bleach onto the stain and scrub it with a toothbrush before washing the knee pad.
Avoid direct contact with bleach.
