How to Make a Homemade Frisbee
Frisbee is not just for playing catch. People use them to play golf, football and king of the mountain. Like any other sport, Frisbee has its own record-breaking performances including the farthest disc toss -- 690 feet. It is easy to build a Frisbee with your children and introduce them to the wonderful world of Frisbee sports.
Things You'll Need
- 2 paper plates
- Steak knife
- Scissors
- Markers
- Plastic freezer bag
- Multicolor sequins, glitter or confetti
- Stapler

Make a slit in both paper plates with the steak knife. Use the scissors to cut out a 3-inch-diameter circle from the center of the paper plate.

Color the paper plate edges with the markers. Fill a plastic freezer bag to the halfway point with sequins or glitter and then seal it.

Place the bag between the two paper plates. Staple around the edges of your Frisbee.

Examine the outside edges of your Frisbee. Trim away any parts of the plastic bag that poke through.

Take your Frisbee outside for a test flight.

Tips & Warnings
Replace paper plates with disposable plastic plates for greater durability.
