Frisbee is not just for playing catch. People use them to play golf, football and king of the mountain. Like any other sport, Frisbee has its own record-breaking performances including the farthest disc toss -- 690 feet. Instructions

    • 1

Make a slit in both paper plates with the steak knife. Use the scissors to cut out a 3-inch-diameter circle from the center of the paper plate.

    • 2

Color the paper plate edges with the markers. Fill a plastic freezer bag to the halfway point with sequins or glitter and then seal it.

    • 3

Place the bag between the two paper plates. Staple around the edges of your Frisbee.

    • 4

Examine the outside edges of your Frisbee. Trim away any parts of the plastic bag that poke through.

    • 5

Take your Frisbee outside for a test flight.

Tips & Warnings

  • Replace paper plates with disposable plastic plates for greater durability.
