How to Activate WS-RM Event Handler
WS-RM or Web Services Reliable Messaging is a feature within the Process Integration (PI) component of SAP NetWeaver software. PI allows for additional NetWeaver components to communicate with one another and mediates the connectivity with compatible third-party applications. The WS-RM event handler ensures the successful exchange of messages between business applications. The WS-RM protocol identifies messages as sequences with unique identifiers. These are represented in the sequence header for the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) that identifies the original message sender. You can activate the WS-RM through the Sequence Monitor console.

Launch SAP NetWeaver for Process Integration.

Select the "Monitoring" tab and choose "Sequence Monitoring." A list of current event handlers will display.
