How to Get the Bomber on Brotherhood
The protagonist of "Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood," Ezio, encounters several innovative machines of war during his time spent with Leonardo da Vinci. Unfortunately, these machines are put to use by the Templar enemies that Ezio faces, and he must destroy the bombers to prevent them from becoming widespread. Ironically, he accomplishes this task by stealing one of them and dropping bombs on the factories that produce them.

Speak with Leonardo da Vinci and accept his mission, Flying Machine 2.0. The title of the mission references an earlier point in the game when Ezio saw a badly functioning version of the flying machine without bombing capabilities.

Climb to a high point, and use "Eagle Vision" to locate the architect who can tell you the location of the bomber. Follow him to a private location after you see him glowing on your screen, and hit him with your fists to get the information you need. After he tells you, a waypoint appears on your map.

Go to the labeled point on your map that leads to a huge tower. Sneak inside, and climb the beams and ledges along the walls to get to the top.

Kill the guards at the top, and approach the bomber to automatically begin the bombing segment of the game.

Tips & Warnings
After completing this mission, Ezio can no longer use the bombers.
