How to Make a Surfing Pikachu in "Pokemon Diamond"
Since Pikachu is one of the more famous Pokemon in the "Pokemon" video game series, there are several variations on the character. One version of Pikachu even knows the ability "Surf," which allows the player to ride a Pokemon across bodies of water. If you wish to find a Pikachu that knows "Surf" in your Nintendo DS copy of "Pokemon Diamond," you must look to another game on another system for help.

Play "Pokemon Battle Revolution" on the Wii until you complete the Stargazer Colosseum.

Return to the "Pokemon Battle Revolution" game menu and select the "Shop" option. Purchase the "Secret Gift" in the shop. You will then be asked to connect your DS to your Wii.

Insert your copy of "Pokemon Diamond" into the game slot on your DS, and turn on the DS. Begin the game and select the "Mystery Gift" option in the main menu. Select the "Get Via Wireless" option. The gift is passed from the Wii to the DS, after which it is revealed that the gift is a Pikachu that knows the "Surf" maneuver.
