Cut around one of the squares with the scalloped scissors, cutting in a circular pattern and shaving off 1 inch. You don't have to cut a perfect circle. Do this with the final square, shaving off 2 inches around the edges with the scalloped scissors.

Layer the scalloped, rounded fabric pieces over top one another. Lay the largest piece first, with the second to the largest on top of the first, and the smallest piece on the very top. Insert the threaded needle through the center of the layers of fabric and pull it through to connect them. Snip the thread and double knot it to hold the layers in place.

4
Snip a length of silk ribbon, wide gauge to measure 12 inches. Tie the length of ribbon into a simple bow.
-
5
Squeeze a dot of fabric glue onto the center of the topmost layer of scalloped fabric. Affix the back of the bow's center to the glued area. Hold it in place for two minutes and then release.
-
6
Squeeze a dime-sized amount of glue onto the back center of the fabric corsage. Affix this glued piece to the top surface of an elastic wristlet or a plastic bangle bracelet of your choice. Let dry for 1 hour before wearing. An elastic wristlet is an elastic wrist band that can be found in craft stores or in department stores in the jewelry sections.
