How to Climb the Skull in "Epic Mickey"
To beat the quests at Skull Island in the video game "Epic Mickey," getting to the top of Skull Island is a priority. Additionally, there are several power-ups and achievement items you can collect along the way. To make your way to the top of the island, you will need to do a lot of calculated jumps and sometimes double jumps. However, there is nothing particularly difficult about this section of the level and you can get to the top of the island in only a few minutes.

Look to the left of Skull Island and locate the smaller island with a gated cave. Walk to this island, jumping when necessary to avoid falling into the water.

Jump up the stairs on the right of the island and destroy the pointed rock at the top of the stairs to reveal a wheel. Spin the wheel to unlock a gate with an anchor inside and jump down to the anchor. Destroy the anchor to partially raise the boat.

Jump your way across the water to Skull Island and walk up the large central ramp. Gus will talk to you for a moment and then you can continue up the island.

Turn to your left and erase the rock ledge on the left of the ramp. Jump up the series of four rock ledges in front of you.

Turn to your right and you will see two more steps you can jump onto. Jump up these steps and one of Hook's Machines will be on your left.

Walk past the machine and take the curve slightly to the left. You will see another one of Hook's machines on a ledge just above you. Jump onto this ledge and you will be at the highest point on Skull Island.
