How to Bleach Dark Facial Hair
Bleaching facial hair usually is done to make unwanted hair look less noticeable. Instead of removing the hair, a bleach solution can be applied to lightened the color of the hair. Most often, this includes hair on the upper lip and on the sides of face. This method is cheaper and less painful than hair removal, but it also comes with the risk of skin irritation. Choose a hair bleaching cream product. Most drugstores and beauty supply stores carry several brands of hair bleach. Some are marketed as being made for specific body parts, such as the face. Purchase the one that is best for the situation, and remember the brand if the results are positive.

Apply the product to a clean face, following the package instructions. Test the product first on a small area before applying it to larger areas of the face. Bleaching products may cause irritation, so this will be a gauge as to whether or not the product is right for you.

Leave the product on for as long as the package recommends, and then rinse. Set a timer and rinse promptly when the perscribed time is up. If bleach is left on for too long, it might irritate the skin or start to burn. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.

If you experience an allergic reaction or intense burning, rinse and wash skin immediately, and discontinue use of the product.
