How to Inset Musical Notes in a Facebook Message
Sometimes an image is the best way to convey how you feel. Symbols add a dimension to text messages and comments on Facebook and other social media. Smiley faces, hearts and musical notes are some of the symbols you can use to spice up your text. It takes a few simple keystrokes to turn a traditional message into a lyrical number.

Press the "Num Lock" key on your keyboard to enable number lock, if it isn't already turned on. Some keyboards have a small indicator light above the number pad to inform you that it's enabled.

Press and hold the "Alt" key. There are two on the keyboard, one on each side of your space bar.

Press "13," then let go of the "Alt" key to create a quaver. Type "14," instead of "13" to make two joined quavers.
