Modern novelty yarns eliminate complicated shawl patterns with the distinctive textures and colors of the yarn. By using the most basic crochet pattern, a spectacular shawl can be made from novelty eyelash yarn, which features short strands of loose yarn. The shawl will make a great cover for a sundress on a chilly evening.
