  • Ceramic flower pot
  • Craft foam ball
  • Pencil
  • Crayons

      Place a craft foam ball into the mouth of a flower pot. Use a foam ball that is slightly larger than the mouth of the pot so you can wedge the ball firmly into the pot.

      Poke holes into the foam ball using a pencil. Make the holes about 1/4 inch deep, and arrange the holes evenly over the entire surface of the exposed part of the foam ball.

      Place the flat end of a crayon into each hole. Gently push the crayon into the hole so about 1/2 inch of the crayon's end is inside the hole.

      Place coloring books or pages on the tables, or use paper tablecloths if you want your guests to use the crayons in the centerpieces.
