Instructions

      Open the Mozilla Thunderbird calendar program.

      Double-click the calendar. The “New Event” dialog box opens with a fillable form.

      Type the details for the calendar event.

      Click “Invite Attendees.”

      Type the email addresses on the left pane.

      Click “OK.”

      Click “Save and Close.” Follow the prompts for sending email messages.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the Thunderbird calendar does not appear, click the “Events and Tasks” menu, then click “Calendar.”
