How to Change the Order of Your WordPress Posts
The default WordPress system, like most blog-management systems, displays your posts in reverse chronological order. This means your latest entry is on the top part of the WordPress "Loop," which is the article listing. There are two ways you can change the order of WordPress posts: manually change the date, or use a drag-and-drop WordPress plug-in that allows you to change the post order.
Instructions

Manually Changing the Order

1
Log in to your WordPress administration panel and click "Posts." This brings up a list of your posted articles.
-
2
Click "Quick Edit" next to the post you want to show first. Edit the date to today's date. This ensures the post is the most recent.
-
-
3
Click "Update" to save your changes to the article. Click "Quick Edit" on the next post.
-
4
Change the date to yesterday. This makes the post second in your WordPress loop.
-
5
Repeat the process as necessary until your posts are in the desired order.
