How to Create a Pouty Lip for a Halloween Costume

Pouty lips will turn heads at the Halloween party.

Whether you are dressing as a pin-up girl or a French maid for Halloween, a pouty lip can add a lot to your costume. If you were not born with full lips, you can still do a few things that don't include resorting to plastic surgery. By learning and employing several makeup tricks, you can show off your pouty lips at the next Halloween party.

Things You'll Need

• Lip balm
• Concealer
• Lipstick
• Lip brush
• Lip liner
• Lip gloss

Instructions

1. Apply a moisturizing lip balm to your lips.

2. Apply a concealer to your lips. Rub your lips together to spread the concealer evenly.

3. Use a lipstick brush to apply an iridescent lipstick in a light pink or nude color.

4. Line your lips with a lip liner in the exact shade of your lipstick. If you can't draw a straight line, put a few dots along the edge of your lips and then connect the dots.

5. Add clear lip gloss to the middle of your top and bottom lips.
