Instructions

    • 1

Close the water valves underneath the sink.

    • 2

Take the plastic plug out of the handle. The plug is on the base under the lever. Unscrew the Allen screw under the plug with an Allen wrench.

    • 3

Unscrew the bonnet by turning it counterclockwise with a wrench or a pair of pliers. Unscrew the mounting nut under the bonnet nut with a pair of pliers and remove the nut.

    • 4

Lift the cartridge right out of the faucet with your hands. Since nothing is holding it inside the faucet anymore, it will come right out.

    • 5

Place a new cartridge inside the faucet body with the stem facing up. Set the mounting nut into the faucet body and turn it clockwise with pliers to tighten it. Thread on the bonnet and tighten it with a wrench.

    • 6

Replace the handle, insert and tighten the screw and place the plug over the screw.
