How to Telnet a DNS-323
The DNS-323 is a network storage device that runs a lightweight Linux operating system. Its purpose is to hold a large amount of hard drives for storage or backup purposes on the network so that users can directly connect to it instead of having to pass through a dedicated computer to access the data. You can use the Telnet command on your Windows computer to connect to the operating system on the DNS-323 as long as you have the device's IP address and password, which is included in the user manual and is printed on the bottom of the device.
