How to Make Cricket Wireless Broadband Work With a PlayStation 3
A PlayStation 3, with wireless LAN capability, is capable of connecting to any available wireless networks, regardless of the service provider. Connect a PS3 to a connection powered by Cricket's wireless broadband service in the same manner that you would any other Wi-Fi connection. Connecting the PS3 to Wi-Fi will give you access to the online PlayStation Network, as well as let you play a variety of compatible games online with other users in different areas.

Tips & Warnings
If the connection fails, make sure that you have entered the correct password for the router. If the password entered was correct, ensure that the PS3 is within a respectable range of the router to connect properly. Refer to the router's manual to determine suggested distances for devices connected to it.
The 20GB PS3 models do not have wireless LAN capabilities built-in, requiring a separate adapter to connect.
