Instructions

    • 1

Measure 3 inches from the flower down the stem. Snip the stem at this point and discard the excess stem. Use wire cutters or a craft knife to remove the plastic coating and reveal the wire on the remaining stem.

    • 2

Lay out the flowers in a row 30 to 35 inches long. Arrange the flowers in the pattern you want for the wreath.

    • 3

Twist the exposed wire stems together one by one. As you twist, curl the row into a circle. Once you reach the end, twist the two ends together to complete the wreath.

    • 4

Place the wreath on your head to ensure it fits properly; make adjustments as needed. Lay the wreath down and add small filler flowers by wrapping their wires around those already on the wreath. Fit the filler flowers between the larger flowers to fill in any spaces.

    • 5

Wrap floral tape around any exposed wires to conceal the wires, create a uniform look and and secure the wreath together.

    • 6

Tie long strands of ribbon to the back of the wreath so that they hang down your back when you wear the wreath.

Tips & Warnings

  • Coordinate the flower colors to match your dress.

  • Store the head wreath in an airtight container when finished.

  • Hold the wreath to the head with bobby pins if necessary.
