Instructions

    • 1

Peel a large green apple and slice it into sections. Make sure you have removed the seeds and the stiff parts in the center. Work quickly to try to prevent the apple from oxidizing, or turning brown from coming in contact with the air.

    • 2

Put the sections of the apple into a clean blender or food processor and blend it until it is the consistency of apple sauce. Pour the apple sauce into a bowl.

    • 3

Measure out 2 tablespoons of organic honey and mix it through the apple sauce. Honey contains antioxidants, which eliminate free radicals on your skin. Free radicals promote wrinkles and dull skin, so the honey softens your skin while removing the harmful free radicals.

Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face, wait 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it off thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are using this mask for the first time, only leave it on for a little under 10 minutes, since all fruits contain acid that may irritate the skin. If the mask does not irritate your skin, you can leave it on longer the next time you use it.
