Download and install the Microsoft Safety Scanner program from the Microsoft website. Click “Save” when prompted to save the file locally to your computer. Select “Desktop” as the save location and click “Save” in the Save dialog window.

Double-click the “msert” icon from your desktop. Click “Run” when prompted. The Microsoft Safety Scanner window launches.

Review the terms of use for the tool. Check the box next to “Accept all terms” and click “Next.”

Click “Next” again to begin the scan process.

Select the option “Full scan” and click “Next.” The Microsoft Safety Scanner tool scans your entire computer system for the AGI Python 25. The program then automatically removes the harmful files. This can take several hours.

Click “Finish” once the scan has completed and the AGI Python 25 has been removed.
