How to Find the Network ID Number on an AT&T Modem
AT&T modems carry a network name and Internet Protocol addresses that identify the device on the network. These include the Local Area Network IP address, Wide Area Network IP address, the Domain Name System IP address, the Gateway IP address and the Media Access Control address. You can find all network IP addresses by accessing the modem’s gateway page on your computer’s Web browser. The modem’s MAC network identification number and SSID network name are printed on a label attached to the top or bottom of the modem casing.
