Log in to your PayPal account and click the "Print shipping label" button on your Account Overview page. Alternately, bring up PayPal's "Create Your Shipping Label" page for transactions that are not performed via PayPal.

Click the "Canada" option next to the Ship To title. Enter the required information, including your recipient's name and mailing address, in the provided text fields.

Choose a shipment method, such as "Express Mail International," under the Shipment Information section, and enter the data about your package, including the weight, in the provided fields.
