How to Make a Friendship Bracelet With Cardboard

How to Make a Friendship Bracelet With Cardboard thumbnail
You and a girlfriend can make matching friendship bracelets.

A friendship bracelet is a bracelet you make and give to a friend, often making an identical one for yourself to wear as well. You can use cardboard pieces to make a creative friendship bracelet, using up some materials you may already have on hand. Markers will give the cardboard color, and you can use the colors you and your girlfriends like best. Though this project is for a flower bracelet, you can customize it to use whatever shape you want.

Instructions

    • 1

Draw a basic flower shape on a piece of cardboard, making the flower about 4 inches wide.

    • 2

Cut out the flower and color it in with a marker.

    • 3

Cut out a strip of cardboard that is about 6 inches long and 1 inch wide. Decorate it by drawing a leaf pattern on the band with a green marker.

    • 4

Staple the flower to the center of the leaf band.

    • 5

Write your name and your friend's name at the edge of the flower and add BFF after the names.

    • 6

Wrap the bracelet band around your friend's wrist and staple the ends together, so it doesn't fall off.
