How to Find Your IDX Link

MLS is a property listing service in the United States.

The IDX (Internet Data Exchange) link was developed by the property listing service MLS so information about properties listed on the MLS website could be shared on independent realtor websites and blogs. The IDX link is a standard computer programming code that can be found using the InnoVia software used to manage MLS listings and placed on the back end of a website. Only a broker with a username and password for the InnoVia software will be able to perform this task.

Instructions

1. Open InnoVia and log in using your assigned username and password.

2. Click on "Maintenance" followed by "Manage IDX Link."

3. Select one of these options: "Search by Office Name," "Search by Office Name and Agent Name" or "Search by Agent Name."

4. Select "Do not use my email."

5. Click on "Create IDX Link." Your code will appear on a new page.
