Instructions

    • 1

Turn the two side bolts that hold the arch on the sausage stuffer in a counterclockwise direction to remove them. Lift the arch off of the stuffer and place it on its side on your work surface.

    • 2

Grab the long rack screw that extends straight through the arch and twist it counterclockwise until it is completely removed from the arch. As you are unwinding the rack screw, the large cog will come loose from inside the arch. Put this cog to the side.

    • 3

Unscrew the screw from the crank handle that is on the side of the arch. This will also loosen the screw washer and the small cog from the arch. Set these to the side.

    • 4

Remove the spout and spout holder from the small hole that extends out from the bottom of the sausage stuffer tub.

    • 5

Lift the strainer basket out from the inside of the stuffer.

    • 6

Replace whatever part needs attention and put the stuffer back together.
