How to Undo Freezes in Dreamweaver

Adobe Dreamweaver is used to modify HTML documents for publishing to websites. At times the program may freeze, and you may be forced to undo the freeze by relaunching the program. Although this process may result in the loss of data, you have no alternative but to terminate the application if the program is locked up.

Instructions

    • 1

Click "File," then click "Exit" to close Dreamweaver.

    • 2

Click the "X" button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click "End Task" if the Task Manager window appears.

    • 3

Press "Ctrl" and "Shift" and "Esc" to open the Task Manager. Click "Dreamweaver.exe" and then click "End Process," followed by "End Process" once more to close the task.
