How to Open Facebook From NDU
The National Defense University and Notre Dame University are private institutions that often block access to social networking sites such as Facebook from their computer networks. To access a blocked site such as Facebook from an NDU network, you will have to use a proxy server. The proxy site masks your IP address and identity, allowing you to surf the Web freely without restrictions.

Launch your Web browser and navigate to a proxy server website. Free proxy sites include SurfAgain, RaiseSurf and TunnelInternet.

Click in the address bar embedded on the proxy site’s home page.

Type “Facebook.com” and press “Enter.” The proxy server loads Facebook in your browser.
