How to Read Nook Color at Night thumbnail
Switch to Night Mode and adjust the brightness to read the Nook Color at night.

The standard page view when reading documents on the Nook Color electronic book reading device is a white page with black letters. At night, the Nook Color's standard view may look too bright and result in eyestrain. You have two options for changing the standard page view when reading at night: placing the Nook Color in Night mode or reducing the screen's brightness setting. You can also combine both screen settings options.

Instructions

    • 1

Touch the middle of the screen when reading a book to open the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

    • 2

Tap "Text." A pop-up window appears with different text options.

    • 3
